How does the On Trac rental system work?

Customers must visit www.ontracrentacar.com and join the TracVantage program (free). You will be assigned a customer number. Once enrolled, fill the necessary information for your reservation and the system will immediately send your quote to the email account indicated. Once the quote is accepted, you will receive confirmation of your rental via email.

What's the TracVantage customer number?

The TracVantage customer number is a number that identifies the client in our rental system and allows you to earn points through the use of our service. These points can be redeemed for discounts, free rental days or promotions according to the level reached by the customer: Gold, Platinum and Executive Platinum. Partnerships with airlines, restaurants, shops and hotels will be added to these promotions.

How is the delivery of the car once you get to Miami?

Our staff will be there waiting for you as soon as you exit customs holding a poster with your name, you should immediately identify yourself and our staff will help with your luggage and guide you to your vehicle that is a few meters away. Once there, you will sign the lease that our staff will have pre-printed for you and then you can start enjoying your leisure or business travel in the city of Miami.

What is the regular procedure of returning the rental car?

On Trac Rent a Car offers different alternatives for the return of the rental car so that customers can choose which best suit their needs.
The procedure used more frequently is to leave the car at the Long Term Parking at Miami International Airport. These parking lots are identified with the names of Dolphin Parking or Flamingo Parking. You will enter the parking lot through the Sunpass Express Line, look for a parking spot, and once parked, check the car, leave the key in the glove box, lock the car and send a message to our office to indicate exactly where you left the vehicle. We will later pick up the car and send you the respective invoice.

What other form of return is possible?

On Trac Rent a Car offers the service to take you to Miami International Airport or any other airport or port of the State of Florida with the same vehicle rented for an additional fee. We can also pick-up the car anywhere of your preference, at the comfort of your home or elsewhere in southern Florida.

When does the rental agreement end?

After making the return of the vehicle, you will receive the invoice via email, as well as the points accumulated in our loyalty program.

Why only Toyota vehicles?

We only offer Toyota vehicles since Toyota is a brand recognized internationally for its high quality, comfort, performance, security, designs and durability, among the thousands of other benefits that the brand offers to its customers. Additionally, Toyota vehicles are fitted with fuel-saving technology up to 30% compared to other brands.
